The search buttons will turn green when you have an active subscription. If you have subscription and this does not happen contact us.
Enter the item you are looking for in the search bar. Set a location for the search, start typing then select from the drop down.
Leave these filters off to receive all results. We advise you keep these general in the beginning or leave them off. You can edit them later.
Click save and your search will appear, check back in a few minutes and you will see results come in. If you dont get results check the search is there and try open and close the app.
Then navigate to "Advanced." You can also pause and delete your searches and scroll through them.
In this example a user has made a search for Subaru XTI. Two word includers were added for the relevant model and years. Listings will only appear if they contain these two words in the title in any order.
In this case a two word includer is required to get extremely accurate results. If 2004 was used as a single word includer it would show any car found with that year. If XTI was a single word includer you wouldn’t be able to filter by year. If Subaru was used we would see all Subarus.
In this example excluders for “mirror” and “door” were added to prevent lisitings for common parts from appearing.
In the top right corner of the feed page you can select different feeds. You can also search for keywords with the search bar. This a way for you to look through your results – its not a search.
Some sellers post a lot of stuff, you can easily block them so you won’t see their listings again. To unblock seller go to the settings page. Most flippers use this feature to block other resellers and people selling new items through marketplace.
With Swoopa you can filter your results with keywords. See the video below for a explanation of how to set up includer filters. These are words that must be found in the title for it to be shown.
For example in a search for “couch” you would want to cover off on all the possible words sellers might use in their titles: couch, sofa, lounge, sectional. Make sure that you don’t miss a key term as you won’t see those results. You can also add two word terms like “Love Seat” in the two word section.
Easily block listings with by choosing negative or exclusionary words. These are words in the titles of some listings that always indicate it’s not a listing you are interested in. For example if you are flipping couches, you probably don’t want new ones being sold for retail price, so add an excluder for “new”. You might also want to block listings with the words “delivery” in the title as this generally indicates its being sold be another reseller and is not likley to be flippable.
Searching for cars is a little different. Most people don't list the term "car" in the title of their ad, instead they list the brand make and year. Swoopa has fast and effective find times for keyword matches within 100km.
This means that you need to create searches for brands, eg. "Ford" this is so that you are getting keyword matches.
You can also add brand and make, eg. "Ford RAM." Facebook will still send lots of irrelevant listings, so you will need to add includer filters to get super accurate results.
Lets say you are searching for a "Subaru sti" but you only want to see the STI model and specific years, say - 2004. The best way to do this is to create the search "Subaru STI" then add the two word includer "STI 2004."
Swoopa will only show you listings with both these words in the title in any order. As it's a Subaru search its a given that Subaru will be in the title so don't put a single word includer for Subaru as then you would see other model Subaru's. This is the most effective way to filter out junk listings.
In summary, search for your car, then add a two word includer for "model year.".
Swoopa find times apply to direct keyword matches inside of 100km. Results may go missing and be slower beyond 100km from your center location.
If you want fast results further away we suggest you just create more searches in those locations. Key word matches means that the search term has to be in the title. So if you are searching for "Truck" don't expect fast results for listings titles "Ford Ram" as they don't have matching keywords.
If you flip couches run 3 searches, one for "Couch" one for "Sofa" and one for "lounge" so that you have key word matches with the most common terms.
This time is based on the location of your search.

You can holiday in Spain and flip couches... We reserve the capacity to restrict non custom plans to a 300km search area.
The first time you create a search key word filters are hidden. To add filters edit the search - click advanced and you will see key word filter fields. This is to stop people blocking their results by mistake when they first create their search.
Was it a keyword match? How far away was it? Remember fast times are achieved with key word matches within 100km. Create extra searches for other terms and create searches to cover far away locations if you need speed.
We won't filter by these criteria and will show you everything. If you are trying to search a large area it's recommended that you leave the radius off.
